You’ve got a technical diploma or degree under your belt—and now you want to do something that matters. If you’re driven by solving complex problems, understanding how organizations protect their data and systems, and building frameworks that actually keep people safe, this could be your calling.

We’re recruiting Consultant Trainees who are curious about information security, privacy regulations, business resilience, ethical & responsible AI compliance. You don’t need to be a network engineer or a coder (though technical knowledge is valuable). What we need are sharp minds who can learn fast, communicate clearly, and help organizations navigate the high-stakes world of compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside experienced consultants on real-world engagements in information security (ISO 27001, SOC 2), privacy compliance (GDPR, DPDPA), and business continuity (ISO 22301)
• Research and analyze client environments to identify security gaps, compliance requirements, and risk exposure
• Help draft policies, procedures, and control frameworks that protect data and ensure regulatory readiness
• Contribute to client deliverables—audit reports, compliance roadmaps, security assessments, privacy impact analyses
• Learn the consulting craft—how to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, manage timelines, and build client trust

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Foundation: Completed or about to complete a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Mindset: Curious. Detail-oriented. Comfortable with process and frameworks. Interested in why compliance and security matter, not just the technical how
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English. Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Comfortable presenting ideas and asking clarifying questions
• Core Competencies
  • Good understanding of networking, systems, and IT infrastructure (or willingness to learn)
  • Solid research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-directed learning and curiosity about information security, privacy, and organizational risk
  • Nice to Have:
    • Interest in compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
    • Knowledge of data privacy or information security concepts
    • Any relevant certifications (CCSK, Security+, etc.) or online courses in cybersecurity/privacy
